Warranty & FAQ

Warranty & FAQ

WARRANTY & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Do you use subcontractors for installation?

A: We pride ourselves on completing installations with company employees who are true experts and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will not hire subcontractors like big box stores and national chains.

Q: How do I clean my shutters?

A: Your shutters can be kept clean by simply wiping them with a dust rag or cloth. If they need more cleaning, mild soap and water is sufficient.

Q: What are the advantages of composite versus wood or poly shutters?

A: With an engineered wood core and polymer wrap, composite is ten times stronger and more durable than paint. These products are moisture resistant, UV protected, and covered by a limited lifetime warranty against peeling, cracking, fading, discoloration, or warping.

For custom shapes and finishes, wood shutters are the best option, as they can be light, strong, and beautiful, but you should know what you are getting into. Just like furniture, there are good- and poor-quality products available, so we can help you choose the best wood shutters.

Low-cost wood shutters may save you money, but quality may be compromised. Our products are made right here in North Carolina, so you can count on top quality.

Q: What warranty can I expect?

A: We are dedicated to providing a satisfying experience with top-quality brands and products. All of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties, along with a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and installation.
